LIBRARY OPENED

The Carnegie Library was formally opened yesterday without any exercises. M.P. Bouslog, president of the Library Association, and other officers were on hand. Mrs. S.M. Williams, for years in charge of the King's Daughters Library, is librarian. The hours will be 9 to 12:30 and 2:30 to 5 in the day and from 7 to 9 in the evening. There are some 2000 volumes on hand. Mrs. Williams stated this morning that contributions of books will cheerfully be received.
